Deja Vu

Hi everyone, no you're not seeing things!

I just wasn't very happy with my finished result on my last post so I had to get some more clay and 'tweak it'...yes I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but I'm learning to embrace imperfection...honest. Anyway very quick post, this is take 2, I redid the clay piece..

and also had a go at puffing out and working the copper more...think I may be working with metal again soon...love it.

I'll be back in the morning with our next ATP exchange post so you will have something different to look at, I promise x

  3. I like the first one Ruth, but I have to admit that the tweeks were well worth it! I just love the new clay embellishment, gorgeous...and your photos captured the copper much better this time around! hugs :)

  5. I loved your first piece but can see that this is a much bolder look! I occasionally go back to journal pages to tweak. Your tweaking is brilliant - love it! Chrisx

  8. Well, I just checked out Draft 1, and if I'd just seen that I would have loved it, but seeing it after this, I can see the difference your re-working has made. Gorgeous copper-work, and I love the flower panel, as well as the soft background layers. Delicious!
